Location: Grafton, Wisconsin

Description: Aurora HealthCare is hiring Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Imaging /Radiology Grafton right now, this occupation will be reside in Wisconsin. Detailed specification about this occupation opportunity please read the description below. Aurora Medical Group - Imaging Services is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. Duties! will include History and Physicials, clinical evaluation and follow up in Inpatient and Outpatient settings and minor radiology (image guided) procedures. The ideal candidates will work primarily with nine Interventional Radiologists.

The PA or NP will be expected to cover numerous other facilities as needed, including possibly West Allis, St Joseph's Hospital, Hartford, Grafton, Aurora Sinai Medical Center.

Call will include 1:4 coverage (weekdays, weekends, and holidays). General Qualifications Licensure, Registration and/or Certification Required:
Registered Nurse license issued by the state of Wisconsin, and
Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber license issued by the state of Wisconsin, and
Nurse Practitioner (AANP) certification issued by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), or
Nurse Practitioner (ANCC) certification issued by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), and
Drug Enforcement Administration (! DEA) registration issued by the Drug Enforcement Administratio! n (DEA) Registration,and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (ACLS) issued by the American Heart Association (AHA). May obtain within
6 months based on department discretion.

Education Required:
Master's degree in Nursing.

Experience Required:
Requires 5 years of experience in providing and coordinating care for patients with acute, critical and chronic health
conditions as a nurse practitioner.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Maintains 85% of practice within an inpatient hospital setting assigned to one or multiple inpatient departments.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as an effective member of a health care team.
Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment while managing multiple demands.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with and establish/build relationships with
others.
Proven organizatio! nal skills and ability to prioritize effectively.

Physician Assistant license issued by the state of Wisconsin, and
Physician Assistant (PA-C) certification issued by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration issued by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Registration, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (ACLS) issued by the American Heart Association (AHA). May obtain within 6 months based on department discretion.

Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies.

Experience Required:
Requires 5 years of experience in providing acute and chronic care in the areas of adult, family, gerontological, pediatric
and women’s health as a physician assistant.

Knowledge, Skills and A! bilities Required:
Maintains 85% of practice within an inpatien! t hospital setting assigned to one or multiple inpatient departments.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as an effective member of a health care team.
Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment while managing multiple demands.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with and establish/build relationships with
others.
Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively. Desired Qualifications Experience in Interventional Radiology from clinicals or previous experience would be a preference.
