Dermatology Clinic ! services offer diagnosis and treatment for more than 3,000 skin-related conditions including cosmetic and preventive services. Orthopedic Clinic services provide a broad spectrum of general orthopedic procedures including fracture and orthopedic trauma care. Allergy and immunology services are also available. Medical imaging and lab services, including an on-site phlebotomist are also offered at this clinic.
The Certified Athletic Trainer functions as a member of the clinic's patient care team that includes physicians, physician assistants, registered nurses, technicians and clerical staff. Job functions of this position include: evaluation of new patients prior to their specialist visit, evaluation, intervention and care planning for post-operative patients based on provider protocol, evaluation of musculoskeletal injuries prior to splinting, casting and or bracing as requested by the provider and management of clinic durable medical equipment.
- B! achelor's degree in kinesiology, physical education or related! field.
- NATA certification required
- State of WI Athletic Trainer licensure.
- Two years work experience in a clinic setting as an athletic trainer required
