Description: Marshfield Clinic is looking of Pediatrics - Endocrine right now, this position will be placed in Wisconsin. Detailed specification about this position opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Marshfield Clinic seeks a Pediatrician for its location at 1000 N. Oak Ave., Marshfield, Wisconsin 54449. The Pediatrician’s chief responsibility will be to attend to the physical, emotional and social health of infants, children, and adolescents, but more specifically, work in the prevention, detection, diagnosis and management of physical, behavioral, developmental, and social problems that affect children and adolescents, including the management of pediatric endocrinologic diseases; to treat many common childhood illnesses and perform regular well-child checkups; to deter! mine the nature and extent of diseases and injuries and establ! ish preventive health practices; and to prescribe and administer medications and immunizations. The Pediatrician may provide outreach to our Marshfield Clinic â€" Eau Claire Center 2 â€" 4 days per month, which is located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Requires: M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent; 36 months of residency training in pediatrics; 24 months of advanced training in an ACGME accredited program for pediatric endocrinology; certification or eligibility for certification by the American Board of Pediatrics in Pediatrics or by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Pediatrics; the appropriate licensure to practice medicine or eligibility for licensure to practice medicine from the State of Wisconsin; and eligibility for hospital and health plan privileges.
