What does the job entail?
The goal of the role is to grow the ARR of the business so it’s essential that you are a sales leader who drives, inspires, motivates and coaches a team. It’s an entrepreneurial role where you will get the freedom to find the best way to grow revenue and further develop and align a (small) sales team. You enjoy selling yourself and getting to grips with clients’ pain points and exactly what they need. You will take prospects from marketing- and sales qualified lead to closing. As a natural networker you also enjoy creating your own new business opportunities.
The role
✔ Meet with potential clients via on- and offline meetings and events
✔ Give stellar presentations about the product and perspective on online learning
✔ Create new business opportunities and build lasting relationships
✔ Win over clients and close deals with your hunter mentality
✔ Collaborate with the field marketeer to secure the best presence at events
✔ Be the spokesperson for public relations, social media, and other media publications
✔Report and forecast and host weekly internal meetings
✔Recruit and Manage the sales team
The role has potential to extend into other parts of the Nordics, so there’s room for growth.
About you
✔ You're digital savvy, but love to meet up with prospects face to face as well
✔ Ideally, you've 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a competitive SaaS market
✔ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive relationships
✔ A natural-born networker with high energy and strong negotiation skills
✔ Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in the Swedish language and able to express yourself in English
✔Ability to recruit staff and monitor team performance
✔Preferably you have a network of HR and L&D Professionals
✔ You are eager to learn and pro-actively look for opportunities to expand your knowledge
