Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our real estate services and generating leads. The Telecaller will also assist in scheduling appointments with prospective clients and supporting the sales team in closing deals. This role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proven track record in telemarketing or real estate sales.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our real estate services
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Identify client needs and provide accurate information about our real estate offerings
- Maintain a detailed database of customer information and call history
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities and track progress
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies
- Looking for a confident & well-spoken female telesales officer for a renowned real estate developer in Dubai.
- Ideal candidate should be incentive driven and able to make maximum connected calls on daily basis.
- The candidate will be supporting the sales team by getting them leads by approaching the clients & support inflow of the sales enquiries.
- Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
- Obtaining and updating lists of clients contact details.
- Cold calls as per target defined.
- Addressing clients’ uncertainties, and make suggestions converting to the successful lead.
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Always strive towards meeting a sales quota.
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Calling active owner/tenants to encourage their property for listing, rental and sales
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our broker/sales team for closing. Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or in real estate sales
- Tele calling experience in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred
