Due to continued organizational growth, Children’s has many Patient Access leadership positions currently available in areas such as: Admitting/Registration, Financial Clearance and Centralized Scheduling.
General responsibilities include: supervising and responding to daily Patient Access activities to include admitting, registration, patient scheduling and/or financial clearance. Primary responsibilities would include: managing the department, creating staffing schedules, time and attendance, coaching and developing of staff and performance management.
Knowledge of revenue workflow highly preferred. These key positions work collaboratively with staff, peers and department leaders to achieve revenue cycle goals.
