Job Description:
- Recruitment: sourcing, job posting shortlisting, interviewing, making recommendations for job offer
- Preparation for commencement of work for new hires
- Training administration: registering staff for relevant required training courses, follow up training certificates and invoices, documenting training
- Payroll administration: entering and updating staff personal records, computing hours worked
- Administering leave records and medical claims
- Exit interviews and clearance of leaving staff
Requirements:
- GCE 'A' Level or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administration skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
