Human Resource Officer [Singapore]


 

Job Description:

  • Recruitment: sourcing, job posting shortlisting, interviewing, making recommendations for job offer
  • Preparation for commencement of work for new hires
  • Training administration: registering staff for relevant required training courses, follow up training certificates and invoices, documenting training
  • Payroll administration: entering and updating staff personal records, computing hours worked
  • Administering leave records and medical claims
  • Exit interviews and clearance of leaving staff

Requirements:

  • GCE 'A' Level or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
