Job Description
- Handle the full spectrum of Human Resources operations and administration for full employee life cycle in Singapore and Malaysia which include the following:
- Employee on-boarding
- Time management system registration for employees
- Conduct HR orientation
- Performance management
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Insurance administration
- Work pass administration
- Employee award administration
- Attend to training requests
- Attend to HR requests
- Maintain and update personnel information
- Liaise with various departments for onboarding and offboarding processes
- Plan and execute HR events such as new hire welcome lunch etc.
- HR vendor management which includes timely processing of payments
- MOM surveys
- Submission of government paid leave claims
- Other ad-hoc HR tasks, as and when assigned
Salary Range: SGD 4,000 - 5,000

- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management
- Min 3 years of work experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of Local Employment Act/legislation, CPF, IRAS
- HR system knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, i.e. Excel
- Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to meet tight deadlines for reporting work
- 12 Months Contract Position
