Assists the RN with the daily care of patients, including bathing, oral hygiene, repositioning, ambulation, and feeding.
In addition, the Nursing Assistant measures and documents blood pressures, TPRs (temperature, pulse, respiration), I & O (intake and output), and daily weights. General Qualifications Graduate of a deemed nursing assistant training program or meets nursing assistant grandfathering requirements and is currently certified in State of Wisconsin. Physical examination shows capability to work. The successful candidate will have to pass competencies for this position.
Minimum of six months continuous experience in an acute care setting is desired.
