Description: Novartis is at present recruited Allergy & Otolaryngology Rep- West Bend, WI (SEE) right now, this position will be placed in Wisconsin. For detail informations about this position opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Call primarily on Pediatricians, Allergists, and Otolaryngologists as well as some Primary Care Physicians, General Practitioners and Family Practitioners while representing the following product lines: Ciprodex® (anti-infective/anti-inflammatory), Vigamox® (anti-infective), and Pataday® (anti-allergy). Produce sales and increase market share to meeting division objectives; Achieve annual quota and execute marketing plans; Analyze territory sales results and complement necessary changes to cor! rect negative trends; Effectively manage territory account cov! erage; Train peers, assume leadership role within district and mentor colleagues; Create rapport and maintain positive customer relationships; Attend sales meetings, training seminars, speaker events, medical meetings, and trade shows as required; Participate in team-building exercises as directed by management. Produce sales and increase market share Refer to Annual performance target setting.

Minimum requirements Bachelors degree Fluent in English Five years Alcon sales experience with overall performance at a FME/GSP or better for two of the last three years. In addition, employee must have received FME performance in overall Position Success Factors section of the performance review for the last three years. Outside candidates must have 5 years previous sales experience and/or 2 years of previous sales management or sales training experience.
