Position description
Mayo Clinic in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Pediatrician. The Pediatrician wi ll provide patient care in a clinic and hospital setting. Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of pediatric patients on an in-patient and out-patient basis. Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of patients. Examine patients for symptoms of organic or congenital disorders. Prescribe medications and treatments. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Determine hospital admissions and discharges. Attend C-sections. Discuss patient and management of care with other physicians as needed. Occasional work at other Mayo Clinic sites in Northwest Wisconsin.
License or certification
Qualified candidate must have M.D., D.O. or foreign degree equivalent. Must have or be eligible for Wisconsin medical license and must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Pediatrics, or in final year of ACGME accredited program leading to certification.
