The Role:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing product/services information to customers and assisting with resolving any problems that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a desire to learn more about the industry.
Responsibilities:
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the company’s systems and resources
- Maintain positive customer relations through effective communication and resolving customer complaints
- Act as the first point of contact for customers who need to contact the company or any of its employees
- Handle customer complaints/issues in a timely manner and keep customers updated
- Knowledge of The Original Pancake House or services, their benefits, and how to explain them to customers
- Knowledge of The Original Pancake House and procedures is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of The Original Pancake House or services, their benefits, and how to explain them to customers is preferred but not required.
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner while providing accurate information in a timely manner.
- Follow all applicable OSHA, EPA, and local regulations while performing tasks in an efficient manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour
